I would say the 250R both ways. The R is really fast.

yea the R would win in both ways..but you cant really tell..its the rider thats the main thing..ive got a friend that had an R and then sold it and got a 400...now he wants to sell it cause he said the R handles alot of better and has alot better power..

R would probaly take the ex stock and would beat it worse if both were moddified. To my understanding you can get well over 50 hp out of highly moddified 250R's and you may be able to muscle out around 45 out of a highly moddified ex.

The R will win garunteed,i raced my buddy that has an r and his motor mods are pipe,pistion,port&polish,and mine are similar but i have cam and also more but he pulled away at the top end...
