By the picture it looks like you just need from inside to inside of the hood, is that correct?

i am looking to buil my own guard and want to know the dimensions. i wnat it to be too bug if anything. so if u even tell me to the inside of the plastic i will add a bit on.

These numbers where inside to inside straight across. The verticle line goes from the bottom of the hump to the hump where the emblem rounds. It wouldn't hurt to cut it a little bigger and trim to fit just in case.

Those numbers are in inches BTW.

thank you alot. the reason is i dont have a quad right now i sold my quad and picking a new one up in a couple of days when i go on a trip to florence for 10 days.

no i dont care if anyone ask me anything. the one in my avatar is the one one i just bought. i sold my old quad becasue it was a warrior and i beat the hell out of it

Maybe because he registered in october of last year with the name "fastraptor" despite saying he owned a warrior previously. ;)

i was always planing on geting a raptor and hoping i would have got one alot sooner, but better late than ever. and my raptor is going to be well worth the wait because it has a full yoshi pipe, 690 big bore kit, bead lock wheels and tons of other goodies.

Nice.. Any suspension work done to it? What kind of hood is that? An OEM CF looking hood or is that the GYTR hood?

i dont think there is any suspension work done and i beleve that is a GYTR hood.

It looks wide for some reason. Maybe it's just the tires or backspaced rims..

I have the GYTR on mine also. Does it look like this up close?

Cool, it isn't a bad hood. It looks pretty good once it is installed really. It just doesn't fit quite as well as the OEM does.

ya i saw ur post about how well it fit, it did not look that good were it lined up with the fenders.

It installed a lot easier the second time. I don't know if it was stretched out a little more once it was installed, or if it was just because I had already done it. Atleast it is a little different from the stocker.

That should be more then enough, you will probably have to trim it up a little. Is it going under the hood?

ya it is going to under the hood. it is just a screen that looks better and stronger than the plastic one.

The those number should work fine and provide a little extra for mounting it.
