I have Dish and they have dropped OLN(GNC & GNCC racing). Dish seems to have more channels per-package than Direct. What do you have?

I had DirecTV and dropped them. Horrible HD quailty - way too much compression and no locals. (They are in the process of getting local HD channels for all areas, however if the quality is anything like their other HD channels - I'll pass)

With that said, I am now using Comcast cable and I'm VERY pleased with their service. GREAT HD!!

We have a dish and use the Free To Air system .... it basically runs off the Bell ExpressVu satelites but don't have to pay a monthly charge to Bell for the service ... 1 time fee of $350 to buy the system . It has a " rolling system" built into it so that if Bell tries to scramble the satelite , it just picks up another number and keeps playing . And it's not illegal to have either ... that's the great part about it . Nearly 1000 channels plus all the Pay Per View movies and events for free .

I was told some Walmarts carry it and electronic places like Circuit City . I bought mine off a guy that picks them up at discount prices when he goes to Toronto , so I don't know where he got them from .

Here's a link I found when I did a quick Google search " Free To Air"
