nevermind, go for it, I did that on my z400, I never rejetted though. I probably should though. It seems to run a little off, like when I first start it up it's harder to start and backfires a lil, maybe I'm too lean? could I just adjust myair/fuel mix? I say go for it though, the only thing is, when I did mine, it sounds pretty good, but not quite like an aftermarket exhaust. When you rev mine, and let off, it kind of like gurgles, like some harleys do when you let off.

Go for it, you'll have to figure out your main on your own. Just wait and see I guess. Let us know how it works out after you reject. What size hole are you drilling in the center there?

me and my buddy tried to do this...and it was harder then just drilling some holes. It took some time, and a few saw-zaw blades but its possible. Just take your time, and do it right:cool:

btw I think we bumped his mj up to a 150 or 152....I would start off with those and go from there. Also at the same time we did the 42 pilot, removed the choke and went about 2 turns out on the mixture screw
