i know the shocks fit so i dont see why the arms wont fit

Just because they fit doesn't mean you'll be ok. The geometry on the Z vs. the EX is a little different. So in theory you could be putting undo stress on you frame.
If you need a stock set of A-arms there are plenty of people selling them. If you're looking for aftermarket I'd save your money and get something new. Just my 2cents.
