Interchangeable Part between 250R and 400ex

What are the 400ex parts that I can use on a 250R.

i know the swingarm bearing carrier is the same, a-arms,and tie rods. our 250r runs a whole 400ex front end and rear axle assembly. we like it alot except the stock front 2 piston brakes on the 250r are better than the single piston 400ex.
