Trade in my 400EX for a Banshee???

I have a 400ex and love it. It is a great quad and I have no complaints. Being that this is the last year for the Banshee, I am wondering if I should trade in the EX to get one? Is the Banshee thrill overrated? Opinions??

they are faster and nothing beats the sound but it is heavy. harder to wheelie. i would just keep the ex and buy a used banshee since they are really cheap

If you plan on doing a fair amount of mods to the bike you go with, and are into dragracing and pure speed, then I would go with the banshee. If you are wanting a mx machine then go with the 450.The power out of the motor is endless on the shee. Once you buy a set of pipes and filter, It turns into a monster.

the only bad part about the shee is they dont seem to hold there value anymore, they are priced so outrageously cheap used, and i have heard its hard for people to sell them unless they have them for dirt cheap.

that's true. same for the blaster also, i know they're cheap to begin with but even the completely mx ready ones go for less than 3k.

for instance, Bobby Mazey tried selling his blaster a while back which has maybe 3 things on it that were stock and he couldn't even get 4k out of it.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will keep the EX and keep an eye out for a cheap used Banshee..........

well ok if you ride alot of trails then i would just keep the 400ex because my buddy has a banshee and i mean i can preety much keep up with him in the trails but in a straight line its not even a race

but i have been thinkin bout the same thing i am lookin for a used banshee to make a MONSTER out of it!
