440ex fuel octane

I have a 440ex witha 12:1 compression ratio.What octane would tou recomend?

i have hear of people doing a mix of half 110 and 93 to keep it cheap

just run eny thing over 100 and youll be good, i get air plane fuel for mine its cheaper, and you can get it at eny air port.

for 12:1 you can run 100+ octane.

jordan_m6 : you are just wasting your money. You can run that 11:1 on 93 octane (premium) pump.

i know but i have already spoiled the engine i get all kinds of spark knock now

Will i be gaining any more power with 12:1 rather than 11:1?

Does anybody have any idea on what size jets to use and the needle position?

What if you ran a 12:5.1 440 with a +6 timing key? Would you be lighting a time bomb, or would you rather run a 11:1 with the timing key? What types of fuel does this require. Also if you ran the 12:5.1 with the key would the rod be ok. I have heard it would break.
