I've been thinking about gettin a 400ex but im not sure what to get, im not sure whether i should get a 416, 440 or what. Which ones do you recommend for trail, track and riding in fields. Also i want something that is reliable and that could still keep up with my friends (who have kfx and raptor). Tell me what you think.

the 416 kit will give you that extra umph :D your looking for while still staying reliable, lots of friends of mine have used the 440 kits and loved them, til the problems started occuring and they wanted nothing more but to sell them...im not saying all 440 kits are bad but just the luck we've had with them hasnt been great...the 416 definatley gets my vote...im considering it myslef

deffinetly the 416! it will be much more reliable, and give you the best bang for the buck! also, get a slip on exhaust/header/better intake/ and jet your carb! then you should be able to hang with the kfx/dvx/lz.
