Has anyone had a problem with the HMF headpipe burning the clutch cable and making it stiff (hard to pull in)? On my fiance's 416EX I am having this problem, I have tried routing it several different ways and it still keeps happening. Any ideas?
Thanks

zip tie it to the frame, mine did it prior to using zip ties. it will work fine once you get it in the right position.

If zip ties do not work try heat sheild tape.

Yea i agree , on my old 400ex i had the same problem after i installed a after market head pipe. I just put some heat tape from autozone on there and never had any more issues.

I broke the mount for it on mine. I just zip-tied it on top of the frame and wrapped it with this aluminum foil tape and some powdercoating heat tape over that. I don't think I'll have any more problems.
