400ex not running right

My 400ex hasnt been running right since i put on my supertrap slip-on. as of right now i am running a 160jet. the problem is that it will start up great and spark and coils are all fine. its just that when you rev it, it wont rev up all the way. its reving high but not as much as it can go. anyone have any idea what it is? we (brother and I) have been messing with everything trying to figure out what is wrong with the carb and we cant find a problem. any help?

maybe drop down on the main jet? try adjusting your throttle cable

i have a alba slip on and i put a 160 main jet and did a 42 pilliot jet.. runs perfic did u put a pilliot jet in and there is a needle u haft to adjust there will be like a big black plat on the side of the carb u haft to take that off and ajust the needle kinda complacted get some who knows what there doing to do it
