I just bought a tethered killswitch from pro armor for my 04' YFZ 450. I have never hooked one up, which leads me to my question..... the killswitch has two black wires coming from it, where do I connect them?

One of the 2 wires is most likely a ground wire ... atleast that's how it was with my Pro Design tether . The other wire had to be spliced into the wiring harness under the front plastics . I know if you go to YFZ Central or Bluetraxx and type it in the search feature , someone wrote a complete article that details how to do it step-by-step . I can't remember if it splices into the white or red wire . :ermm:

If you haven't cut into your wiring harness yet to install the tether, contact Baldwin Motorsports. They make a wiring harness that plugs into your factory harness to hook up the tether. They advertise it as for the Pro-Design tether but it works just fine on my 04 yfz with a pro-armor tether.
