you will probably need a 155 main jet try that

Tell me this. Why are you putting money into that 250 instead of putting it into your 400ex?

a few reasons, i like riding the 250 sometimes, it's easier, has no clutch, so easier in tight trails, also has reverse, while i use the 400 to ride in "faster" riding conditions, it's just whatever i feel like riding, plus my 400 can already whomp everyone around here(besides my Prarie 650), and it's just kind of fun to try to get my naturally slower machine to keep up with, say a blaster, cause i drag raced a blaster today and he killed me, so i want to mod my 250, so i can go back and beat him with it, cause i know for a fact that i am going to kill his blaster on my 400ex. with the 250, its a little closer race. plus for most of the places i ride around here, the 400 has plenty of power, but the 250 doesn't ever have enough power.

i do ride some mud, but i was planning on living the box closed, so that really wouldn't matter, i don't think, why would the Uni be better for mud?

Definately, get the White Brothers.
As for jetting,it would depend on the quad, and where you lived.
Ask your dealer, they should be able to steer ya the right way.

i think the e-series for the 250 is the whole system, but for the 400 you can get just the e-series slip on(s-bend and another), anybody know for a fact if it's a full system or just slip on?

The full E-Series for the 400 is the Pro Meg. WHat did you pay for the exhaust on your 250? Depending on that, you will know what you got.

256.99 seems like a slip on price to me...under $300 anyway...I dont know what you got!
