New body 400ex on old body?

This is my first post and maybe this is a dumb question or may it has been asked before. Either way i just want to know if this is even possible? It looks to me that the frame is the same so i wouldn't think it would be too hard. But maybe the frame is different this is why i ask. My plastics suck and are very beat up, even cracked and i like the new look way better anyway. If anyone has any info please let me know.

ya but you have to get the head light, body mounts, and the plastic piece for the key. do a search for more info, this has already been posted somwhere
