white brothers pipe cracked!!

i went riding yesterday and when i got back from a 5 hour ride, i was washing my 400 and i was washing the pipe and heard it rattle and was shaking back and forth. so i was like wtf is wrong now? well what happened was the lower bottom mounting bracket cracked off the pipe! i want to send it back but.... white brothers is on national back order right now and it would take 1-2months to get it back which is a long time, so i was thinking of getting it welded back on. has this happened to anyone else? what do you think i should do? thanks

i remember someone selling a wb pipe in the classifieds section that was welded in the same spot,must have had the same problem.where did you buy it from?i know rocky mtn. will replace any product due to manufacturerd defects.if you can't get a new one directly from wb i would try the place where you purchased it.

sell the pos and but a pro curcuit pipe..it seams like the wb has some problems

seems to be a fairly common problem...

I'd try contacting the place you purchased it from first.. If they won't help you out then try WB.. If they won't help you out have it welded.

Mine did the same thing.
Just get it welded and be done w/ it.
I had mine done by a friend and took about 30 seconds.
I have since found another spot that has cracked so will have to get it welded too.
I don't know if there was a bad bunch of these pipes or if their all this way. I got mine w/ full belly skid, swing-arm skid and front bumper for @200.00 so can't complain. But if I had paid retail I would be really ticked off about their craftmanship.

Same happened to me.

Call White Bros: 714/692-3404 known issue: they will fix or replace it.

WELD IT!!!! MINE DONE THE SAME AND I HAD A FRIEND WELD IT AND IT IS MUCH STRONGER THAN FROM THE FACTORY.

i'm gonna get it welded cause i called wb and they said it would be a 3 month wait!! screw that idea! if it cracks again then i'm gonna sell it and get a lrd complete chrome system. thanks for the input.

did anyone have a problem wit the lettering badge on there pro circuit falling off it did this on my 80s pipe and now my 400ex.... its looks like **** witout it and do u know if i can buy a new one.
