Picture Help!!!

when i try to put a picture of my 4 wheeler on here it says that the attachment is to big what do i do to make it smaller?...it may just be this computer it a piece of s**t

If you have photoshop use the save for web setting. Then type in 145k.

resize it in paint by going to image, then sketch/skew, bring it down to 50% each
