so if u got any tips it would be greatly appreciated!!!

plus i order all my stuff through magic racing and they gave me an 05 case saver instead on an 06 and since the case is bigger on the 06 it will not fit my 06

Can't help you with the case saver but I'll tell you good luck with the nerfs. I have those same ones and had to take a hammer to mine to get them to fit. The biggest problem was the front mount holes not lining up, so I had to adjust them. Other than that it was just a matter of force, forcing the polls into each other. The bolt through the peg wasn't a big deal, but I plan on putting one more for good measure.

instructions i looked at on there site were the exact same ones as in the box. you just gotta force them to fit. the tubes in the front will not seal all the way together. well the didnt one mine or anyway elses at the track

If you are having trouble getting the bolts to reach the motor mounts get longer bolts. That was the only problem I had.

They probably sent you 05 nerfs too! These guys were awesome for the longest time, but I too have noticed them getting slack here lately! I tried to get them to meet RMATV price on my Yosh pipe, and they said they couldn't drop the price down $30!:grr: I've spent thousands with thes AZS Holes Too!!!!:macho

The problem is that they are AC nerfs. I have some on my 400EX and they are a bXXXh to put on. Pro Armor nerfs are much higher quality. They guarentee them to fit. Everyone they make is put through a jig to test for fitment at least twice. Most other companies only check them once in a while. Great people to work with too.

I hope I never have to take my pro armors off again! dont get me wrong, i wouldnt run anything else, but NOTHING aligned on mine. maybe the new ones are different, but mine took me and a buddy about 2-3 hours to get the hole lined up...and that was with a sledge hammer and drill.

I would let them know. They should bolt right up. If they dont, then call them up and they will take care of you. I know its too late now, but for next time....

ac products are notorious for not fitting. any grab bar or set of pegs i've gotten has been a pain in the *** to line up. i've had better luck with no-name grab bars off of e-bay fitting properly than ac.

I had to have someone pull on the nerfs as hard as they could so i could slide the bolts into mine. AC stuff is JUNK and i will never buy another ac product ever again.

AC actually doesnt make that bad of products. They also make IMS products believe it or not. So if you want alot more quality, IMS is their upgrade.

Hello,

Will somebody try tu put IMS Heel guards with DG pro peg??

It's because i'm in France, and in the 2006 rules, it's obligatory to
have heel guards...
Thanks to your answer...

I have one name for all of you.

Rath Racing.

Customer Service is 10 fold, compared to the big alluminum companies. The products fit better, and I think they will last longer as well.
