Putting a motorcycle engine in a Blaster??

Well guys I have a Blaster that's had on going engine problems, and I'm thinking about getting a older MX bike and putting the engine in the Blaster. Anyone personally done this? I know it's been done alot before, but if you've done it what's the pro's and cons? I've heard the MX bikes don't havea counterbalancer, is that going to be a major issue?

umm I have heard it was a pretty major issue. Put rubber in between the mounts, fill the handler bars and frame with expanding foam, umm i'm sure there is a lot more stuff you can do i just can't remember. I know a guy on bluetrax has a cr250 motor in his blaster.
