Are most of the aftermarket a-arm companies buliding different a-arms for the 06 as compared to the 04-05 or are they using the ones they have been building? I would like to add +2 a-arms but I am not sure if I will need to use different spindles or not.

they are making different arms for the 06 but you can use the 04/05 arms with the 04/05 spindles on the 06

you have to use 04/05 spindals and hubs if you want to use 04/05 A-arms on a 06 450r....most think it is just the spindals, however your brake calipers won't match up to the wider hubs on the 06 vs 04/05

So who is making +2 standard travel a-arms for the 06? I was looking at getting a set of Houser's but after further investigating I noticed that the part number for 04/05 and 06 are the same on their website. I really want to keep my 06 spindles because it is supposed to handle better.

if you have castor and camber adj a-arms you can adjust for the difference of a 04/05 A-arms on a 06 front end using 06 spindals, hubs, etc....

the main difference is upper a-arm on 06 is different length and castor angle is different, but like I mention above if you 04/05 A-arms are castor and camber adj you should be able to adjust out the difference

front hubs are wider on a 06 v the 04/05 front hubs
