i weighed 123 for 3 years straight and if i lose or gain the next day it will be 123. last week before i went to sleep i weighed 126 and i woke up at 123 :chinese:

did this ever happen to any1

also whats the best way to gain weight, like serious stuff, not pasta or weight gainer, is there anyway to slow my metablism down?

i bought weight gainer but i need to drink 3 glassesof milk and 3 scoops the size of my fist to actually get high calorie servings, not worth it cuz its expensive and taste like wooter

umm, eat like 2-3 real big meals, as opposed to eating small meals throughout the day?? That will slow ur metabolism down I think.

yea, doing that causes your metabolism to stay active I thikn, thats why when people are trying to lose weight, they say 5-8 small meals, so that your metabolism doesnt slow down. I might be wrong, I'm sure somebody useful will come along.

meh....one day I weighed 185...did for the longest time. Decided to start drinkin beer...was almost 210, down to 195...your weight is crazy though. I bet if you take a **** you would loose 10lbs:eek:

TAKE IT FROM ME.I WENT FROM 185 TO 237. EAT,EAT,EAT.AND NOT CRAP EITHER. WHEN I WAS INTO BODYBUILDING I MADE SURE I ATE SOMETHING EVERY 2 HOURS!YOU HAVE TO EAT MORE CALORIES THAN YOU BURN A DAY SO EAT. I WOULD WAKE UP AT MIDNIGHT JUST TO HAVE A WEIGHT GAINER(WITH PROTEIN).DRINK TONS OF WATER. I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR LOOKING TO DO OR WHAT YOUR INTENTIONS ARE,BUT BASICALLY ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING AVAILABLE LIKE FRIUT AND EVEN PROTIEN BARS. CHICKEN,STEAK,EGG WHITE,WITH A COUPLE WHOLE EGGS IF YOU WANT. I USED TO EAT A WHOLE DOZEN EGGS EVERY MORNING!AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN SERIOUS STUFF?DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING WHERE I THINK YOU WANT TO GO WITH THAT ONE? I agree.

Your body weight varies depending on how much water your body is retaining. It is not uncommon for my body weight to very between 5-8 lbs from one day to the next.

Some people just CAN NOT gain weight. I went to school with a kid that was 6'8 and weighed like 160lbs. I graduated almost 10 years ago. To this day he is still the same weight! They tried everything, even went to several different docters. Nothing they tried would put weight on him.

Happens to me too, I've been 135-140 for almost a year now. Wish I could get to at least 145-150...:ermm:

And I eat everything in sight, I guess it's just my matabolism.

I'm in the same situation. I've weighed around 110 for almost 2 years. I went to England to visit some relatives, ate every fattening desert over there, came back, and I was 108:eek2: I snack throughout the day, that's probably why my metabolism is the way it is.

If you lift weights and go heavy on say legs and chest and rest every other day your appetite should get bigger.

i know your exact feeling, i only weigh about 125, i can go a week of laying around eating pancakes loaded with syrup, and then chinese or pizza for dinner... gain like 4lbs

then start running and lifting again the next week, and be back down to 125 the next day

but i suppose it would just be retained water weight and stuff like that

ahhh, the metabolism of a teenager, what a wonder

This thread is so stupid~! Just eat lots of proteins and carbohydrates. Like protein shakes. But keep on that weight gainer. It helps. Because I take muscle milk and weight gainer before and after I workout and Ive put on 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in a month and a half. Just stay motivated. Because that is the key. Make yourself eat!. Wish I could do that but don't want to lose my six pack. But I would wether have a muscular body that a flabby so watch out. But when you get to the weight you want start leighfting harder.Hope that helps.

you wont lose your six pack within just a week of eating bad, ive done it a couple times, and my six pack has stayed in tact, although it will lose some tone if you dont work them at all withing that time

how do u like muscle milk? the guy at gnc said it was the best stuff it it taste like dessert. i was gonna get it but it was 50 bucks, id rather spend 50 bucks at restraunts

20 TO 30lbs. in a month and a half come on get real that's impossible unless you doing some good steroids.

alot of people think their loosing weight but their rilly loosing water.

mon-sun i lay on bead/eat/or go on computer and gain nothing. i mean i usualy get around 5000 calories a day n never gain weight. i got a 8 pac tooooooooooo
