I think the school went way too far with that. Suspending him because of something on myspace? That is just BS if you ask me. The article even said the kid was no direct threat to anyone. So the kids a little wierd and like guns. It is just simply out of the school's jurisdiction to take action against the kid for posting pictures on myspace.

some kid in a computer class in my school put a key logger on his friends computer, got the kids username and password...and changed everything on his myspace to saying hes gay, he finaly came out of the closet...saying he hangs out with 2 famous porn stars..and put the background image as a bunch of gay guys standing together....the key logger left a trace and the kid got suspended from school.

This is the first and only time i'll say this but i'd sue the F*** out of that school! Any one ever heard of the right to bear arms? He didnt even say anything threatening. This world is becoming more rediculous as the days go by. If the founding fathers were still alive they'd be pretty P'od.

Some of the schools around here the principles, ***. princliples, etc. are looking at there students myspace pages and callin parents about posts of drinking, bad lanugage, and other stuff like that so people started changin there age to under 15 so you have to be a friend to view it.
