It is Duplicolor metal cast anodized surface color system. It comes in Blue, Yellow, and red.

Where would you purchase paint like that??? I am familiar with the duplicolor paint but have never seen the "metal cast anodized surface color system".

Thanks for the info and they look freaking sweet.

Thanks guys,

It is a brand new product. It should be arriving at places you normally find Duplicolor soon. I got mine at the Automotive paint store I work at. If you would like to try it let me know and I could help you out. It seems very durable. I took lacquer thinner and a rag and could not wipe it off.

thanks everyone for the positive comments. The paint comes in a spray can. I know what you are thinking but first I painted an empty can. The following day I tried to scratch it and it was very scratch resistent and lacquer thinner wouldn't take it off, whcih proves that it is solvent resistent.

All I did was
1. use a wax and grease remover on the wheels.

2. scuff them up with a scotch brite pad .
3 clean again with was and grease remover
4 apply masking tape and paint
