I'm looking at a 2003+ Tiburon (6 cylinder, hopefully automatic) and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them (pros, cons, etc.)? Thank you.

alot of ppl think there chick cars. but i'm gonna come clean and say i think that they are a slick lookin car. and if ur lookin for power i'd hope is a manual instead of an automatic.

i think they are nice cars. they aren't that quick, but there are slower cars out there. they get pretty good mileage though.

They don't seen like bad cars, I'm not a big fan of hyundai, or any of those cheaper asian car makers, but those look kinda nice, and I hear are alot of fun, and can be modded easily.

Oh I wont be modding it anytime soon. But I do agree, they are head turners.

if you want to go fast. get a manual. there is such a difference in a car when you can control the gears!!! especially when it is a 4 or 6 cylinder.

My parents have owned their tibby for 4 years now and they love it. My dad usually changes vehicles every 3 years but says he is keeping the tibby. I only recall them ever having 1 problem other than usual wear, and that was a bad oxygen sensor.
If he ever decides to sell, i will probably buy it.
and its pretty peppy for a 4 banger.

I definately will not buy the 4 cylinder version. I hate them. I want a 6.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm a little ahead of myself here but I was thinking of putting Euro Tailights (chrome) on it when I get it. I know that black and euro lights go together, but how do other colours go with the euros? Like silver and blue?

my friend has a automatic 4 cylinder. i blew the engine 3 times and tranny once. then again he drives like an idiot. it feel very sporty inside, the bucket seats are really nice. not very much space in the back seats at all but it's nice overall. looks good and sits low. i'd take one.
