mesured 21pin???
when ajustement is full???
or
when chain is slack in place and tigh to another place???

I think he's asking. when is the chain worn out? when the adjustment is as far as it goes. If i'm right about what your asking. if the chain has no more adjustment the chain is worn out. and if the sprocket teeth are wavey and thin that means the sprockets are worn.

I think he's asking. when is the chain worn out? when the adjustment is as far as it goes. If i'm right about what your asking. if the chain has no more adjustment the chain is worn out. and if the sprocket teeth are wavey and thin that means the sprockets are worn. \

Yes, thats right if you still have adjustment for your chain its NOT worn, but if no more adjustment it is worn. what quad are you talking about anyways. when i replace my chain and the sprockets are worn too i replace everything.
