long crank before start

i change my stator for spark problem and now it's good

but before change my stator when my 400ex is hot, the bike crank
2 revolution and run

now, when bike is hot, it crank 4-5 or 6 revolution before start...
what's the problem???

spark timing adjustement???
or other????
