speakin of runnin from the cops i have a pretty funny story....tuesday night i looked outside and i saw a friend of mine who had been pulled over by the cop right outside my house (the road from my house goes straight up a hill to an old railroad leading to a bunch of trails).....he was out of gas and coasted down the hill and the cop let him go w/ a warning....what i didnt know was there was another one of my friends who ran....the cop was soon knocking on my door and he needed me to identify a blaster in the back yard...i had sold my blaster about a month ago so i knew it couldnt have been mine....so we get down there and he says "is this the kids blaster" and i was like "yea but i dont know where he is"....and soon enough here he comes walking out of my shed....he got charged with 5 different counts and had a 700 dollar fine....the funny part was the cop saw him park in my yard but he thought the kid ran farther than he did....he had to end up selling his four wheeler to play for the fines and now he's screwed when really he could have just stopped and talked to the cop and he would have gotten off with a warning

my best friend's dad was killed on interstate 40 near lebanon, tn a couple years ago by a crazy cracked-up whore who decided to run from the cops. he was a tennessee highway patrolman and was setting up a roadblock to stop her when she swerved onto the shoulder to avoid it, and wound up killing him and his partner.

I ran from the cops One time and actually got away. '04 CTS V w/ the LS6. Passed a state trooper doin 125 mph. He was sittin still. Punched it up to about 155. By the way I was way out in the country on a pretty straight 2 lane road. Luckily mt car is equipped w/ Brembo brakes and could slow do real quick and fast. The bad thing is I lived in such a small town all the had to do was ask a local sheriff's deputy who I was. They cam to my house about 4 hrs. later arrested me. 9 citations, 5 of them were felonies. Lost my liscense, a boat load of fines, and 2 weekends in jail.
