im not sure from first hand experience but ive heard there great in the sand. id imagine they would be to because they have a ton of power the whole way through. what kind of dale is it? and before you go in sand arent you supposed to lube all the joints and your chain real good? not sure though i dont remember im not on the boards much anymore.

There is nothing like a Dale in the sand. I took my 02 Blaze to Glamis and Gordon's Well, both places it is AWESOME. The only thing that beat me was kustomfab2003's quad.

You want to run a TS setting of 110.. TS mean throttle sensitvity. 150 is a slow hit for woods type racing and comes stock on all quads. You can adjust it from incriments of 10 from 150 to 110.. You want to run a Moto/Speed map w/ the TS 110 setting.. The 110 setting gives it more of a two stroke hit so it revs faster..

i dont think yuo understand what the beach at wildwood is like. we drove our windstar and trailer down on the beach with out even having to think about getting stuck. so dont worry about paddles or any thing. just be perpared to get rust on every part of exposed steal.even though theres not much on that bike. hope this helps

Our dales are amazing in the sand. my bf loves to jump and drag down at the little sahara sand dunes in waynoka OK, and both are easily done on ours. we've made some yfzs look stupid out there.
