when do i check the oil on my 400ex??

let it IDLE for several minutes without touching gas then check

yep, i usually let mine idle for 5-7 minutes before i check it.

but when u check the level of the oil DO NOT screw the dipstick in!!!!

many peolpe do this and they think that they have a good oil level but they dont and it can do some sever damage to your motor! and make u do this

I was always told to screw in the dipstick but yah i let mine idle for about 5 minutes before i check it.
