Hey guys i have some questions. I am lookin to buy a k&n intake tube and is was lookin at my airbox and i was just wanting to no what the clear tube coming into the box is and if i can take it off? Thanks

it's the snorkle... it's so that it's harder to get water into the air box, it brings the actual inlet higher on the ATV.. if you want to take it off go for it, you might as well run with the lid off aswell.

yew you can remove it. i run it with my lid off and that tube removed. to keep my snorkle kind of high, i plugged the hole what it was with a black paint can lid. works great.
