WHAT NERF BARS DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND FOR MY NEPHEWS '05 PREDATOR 90?? ARE THEY ALL WELDED ON OR CAN THEY BE BOLT-ON? (MUST HAVE HEEL GUARD). IF WELDED, WHAT KIND OF PAIN IN THE ***** IS IT TO WELD??

We put AC Nerf bars on my sins 03 Pred 90, Billy holt at WRH Racing has a good price on them. They are weld on but not to bad.

My son has an 05 Predator 90 and I put on AC nerfs with heel guards. Got them from Hetricks. Price isn't too bad. Hard to weld on if you don't have proper equipment. You have to cut off the old stuff and make sure you align them properly so they don't hit the front tires. I think they sell a mounting kit for the AC's that makes it a little easier.

I used AC nerfs on my sons quad as well. The cheapest place I found them was on ebay from Hellbound Racing. They are "buy it now" for $129.95 instead of the 189.95 listed on one of the other mentioned site. Here is a listing they have up now. They are listed on ebay as "Kasea Nerf Bars" but they will fit the predator and a lot of other mini's. As for instructions, check Hetrick's website for installation instructions (link below).
