i'm 99.99% sure that u can't do it... it bakes the grease outta the ball joints and u can't replace them...

Ya tommy is right. You cant do it unless you want to sacrifice safety and life of your a-arms because it wont melt the ball joint actually but the grease will get bake out and youball joints will pop out when you ride it.

Can you powdercoat aftermarket a-armns with removable joints???

Ya, as long as you can take out the ball joints you can powder coat them. As for anything that is metal, if it has nuthing rubber or anything that can be melted on it, it can be powdercoated

 I was successful in powder coating my stock a-arms. I first put my old ones through to make sure it would go through the oven ok.

BTW, as for price... I had my buddies at work do it for me, the cost of them busting my stones was my only sacrifice!:)

Note: Oven temperature at one point got to 390 degrees F. The time in the oven is estimated 12 to 15 minutes.
