Hey everyone-
Looking at putting Vampire 22" tires on the rear of my 06 Z-400. I think they'll do well for the mud and trails I usually ride....
My question is, will they work okay with the stock gearing? The gearing is currently stock, the bike has a Yoshi exhaust, Dynojet Jets, and K+N airbox lid with modified airbox. The bike wheelies pretty easily now.....
What will putting the 22's on it do to the performance, and will they work good for trail riding? I don't do any tracks or MX.

Thanks

Jerry

The vampires may be a bit heavy and cause bearings and such to wear faster. You may have clearance issues with your nerfs also. (not positive about that) You may want to try it with stock gearing but you will probably need to drop a tooth on the front sprocket to regain low end power.

hes right clearance is one of tha problems, the tires r much heavier than stock so its gonna be harder on ur gears traini and ur chain, but ull go a little bit faster
