Gusset kit from Burgard

I ordered a kit from burgard but it's not here yet and I can't get a responce from them. It was ordered 2 days shy of two weeks now. Has anybody else had a problem with burgard? I have my quad tore down and can't go forward with it. I gotta say this is frusterating! I sent emails that they won't respond to and messages on the answering machine. I talked to somebody on the phone once with a promise of somebody looking into it but nothing. I'm not really looking for anybody to respond to this, I'm just letting my experience with these guys be known.

I finally got somewhere! They failed to ship it but now it is on its way!

Hate to rag on anyone but I've heard this complaint many times. Personally took me way too long to get a steering stem from them. I still get Burgard products but only through other suppliers who have it in stock.

i got a rath kit for my 06 kicker in a couple of days, and it was like 40 bucks.
