It becomes a matter of tast for some. Any tire that is 6 ply would work good. you should check with your dealer to see what they carrie and go from there.

I like the ITP HD rear tire, and the ITP XCT front. I run the 21 tall fronts not the 22 but that is what I like. If you race alot of mud you might wont the taller tire.

ITP is also comeing out with a new GNCC tire so you might try that one.

Again its a matter of tast as to the maker but you do wont a 6 ply tire.

now for the mud i would go with irazr or hd's or razr2 for the rear,
thick mud any tire doesnt do so great, but the razr2 fronts are pretty good in mud, also the irazr fronts are good i hear... The new GNCC tires that ITP makes looks like the fronts would be good for the mud ive never ran them. and the rears look good too but any 6 ply tire.. also the kendas are good i hear...

I used to have Maxxis Razr 22 Fronts and 20 Rear but then I switched to 23 Front and 22 Rear and I have not thought twice about this change. It also adds about an inch or an inch and a half of extra ground clearence, which is sometimes needed if you go to a thicker swing arm skid plate. These are also six ply tires and cost about $200.00 from Rocky Mountain Atv (www.rockymountainatv.com)

Razr II fronts are the general concensus best pick for fronts. If you race quite a bit of mud, the Irazr rears cant be beat, or if mainly dry, the Razr II rears are great. Alot of people say great things about the new ITP GNCC as well. Either setup is awesome!

My ride is a 250x and I have heard many people say that the Maxxis Razr II tires are too aggressive on the rear for a 250x. I did not want to spend $80.00 a tire to test this for myself. I have thought about gettng some iRazr 22 for the rear though. Alot of my riding is kind of muddy. I have heard that the tread being so far apart that they slide around corners well to.

its all personal preference on tires, just make sure you get a 6 ply tire to help avoid puntures and flats

my friend has a 300ex with the regular razrs and we go mudding with them and they do awsome and he has no trouble so i think any razr rear tire is good.. i like the 18s on mine cuz they spin super fast and u get out of it quicker..
