Good news...

frame looks to be ok after being attcked by 2 rolls of duct tape. Im sure it will need therapy but will recover:chinese:


Bad News....

i dont think anyone ever greased the swing arm pivot bearings. when i removed the collars the needle bearings pulled a mass escape and in a cloud of rust disappeared. After searching, it was determined they were too old to be a threat to anyone and the pursuit ended:huh


So order yourself a new set of swing arm pivot bearings/seals and send them here or i can order a kit in for you.

Pappy other parts shipped to day will be there Wednesday for sure the yare in a white shoe box you will find 4 hubs, linkage, dogbone, rear claiper holer and stay, steering ste, clamps, pivot bolt, and a few other things i cant htin kof right now there is a packing list and color list in there as well let me know how everythings coming and when you get them do u think it s possible to have it all back to me before March 7-8 timeframe

awesome i got a riding trip at the Badlands in attica the 10, 11, and 12th of march this thing has to be complete
If u need to order the powder for the small parts its miiror orange on some of them and gloss black on everything else

not a problem i had told you before some things would be stealth black but just to save you and me both some time all black is gloos black and other parts mirror orange

some of these parts had been chromed or nickle plated a LONG time ago. i did the best I could to make them look good but i do not expect the pc to last. i will keep my eyes open for a new dog bone and linkage so i have one when your ready.

ok thanks you had me worried about that but thanks for the heads up on the nickle parts everything looks awesome hows the frame and swingarm and did you see where i screwed up that one front hub that will need new bearings and will you have to wait a while on all those bearing to come in or do they get there pretty quick and how much do i owe you so far with return shipping?

im not going to charge you hardly anything on the orange parts, they were kind of rough so i dont feel it would be fair to make a profit on something i dont believe will last as long as i think it should.

4 hubs and the other small stuff will be $40 shipped

Im hoping by early next week your bearings will be in and everything will be on its way back to you.

450rrobots swing arm is from the same batch of powder as your small parts. its not full sun but you can see its plenty orange.

both his arms and swinger were done in mirror orange(but different batches of powder) and somewhere along the lines there is a deffinate color shift. i will be calling the powder supplier today to see what gives. but as you can see, without the flash it is most deffinatley orange.

your frame was due to ship thursday, but i plum ran out of packing supplies and i had them ordered but got dicked and they did not arrive until today. ive been packaging parts all night i think:p yours is one of the ones all bundles up, so she will be going out and you will have her shortly!
