I got a couple spare motors and I wanted to build one up and I was debating betwen these 2 kit the FST 465 or the 500 stroker i got the oiler cooler mod done to the motor I going to build up so heat his not an issue wath your opinion:confused:

i would go all the way with the 500

I put a 500FST in my quad this winter. I haven't ridden it much yet but I can tell you that it is very strong. I need to change sprokets to adjust for all the low end torque. I use a 450r carb and it took a while to get it adjusted right but it runs great and I can't wait to see how it is in the sand. I upgraded from a 440 kit.

well if you have a couple motors, and you have enough time and money you should do both and figure out which one is the best and let us know

I would sell them and get a 450 and be done with it...

i want to hear more about thei oil cooler mod. what is that, im running a 426 stroker and i think i could surely benefit.

I decide to got w the 465 with HD studs and a Webcam:D

I will let you know how it runs wen its done.
