The Lonestar chassis has a bend in that frame rail, so there's no need to worry.

The swingarm is one of Lonestar's weak points, I've broken two of them in the last five years. Keep an eye on the chassis around the footpeg area too, mine have cracked there.

On the main tubes about three inches in front of the rear linkage mount. They usually start on the top of the tube and work their way down the sides. My last one was cracked on both tubes, nearly in half.

Nice R, but you better watch that swinger. From what I have seen out of old lonestars once they break they keep breaking.

Yea I'm doing mine Red/white/Blue ECATV graphics and a set of duncan racing graphics on white fenders with Candy Blue translucent frame and arms, white stem and upper a-arms, candy trans red hubs and blue ringed hipers, pep zps (red/white/blue), and red tag t2's and clamps, with blue and white handguards. Going to look so sick.

You should do the i b racing candy red/white and pink R that Creech used to have looked so sick. Have pictures if you want them of it.

Sweet bike.!!! My swinger broke both sides. I wielded A piece of 1/8" flat steal aross the top in the back ,and in the middle up front. This is the only Pic I have with me. Has worked great since. Good luck.

I welded my first swinger after it cracked, put it on my practice quad and has held up ever since, going on four years.
