What is the best head gasket cuz i have a cosmetic one on my 416 wit 11:1 compression and it blew it out. Thanks

check your head studs to make sure that they are not pulled. may need to install heavy duty studs.call extreme tec atv they have the studs in stock. 419-947-92078

My studs are fine cuz i checked my head bults to see if they were tight and they were as tight. And if they were pulled out i think that the head nuts would keep turning

try the cometic flex steel gasket. those are suppost to be the best.

i thinks thats the gasket i had in it cometic and has anyone wit a 416ex had there head studs stretch on them? thanks

Cometic flexsteel gasket don't blow out, the studs pull loose and yes it happened to me. You'll know if one's pulled thru because it won't tighten. Very common on 400ex's..:mad:

Where can I buy one of those Cometic head gaskets from for a 416 I've just rebuild mine and needing a gasket and cannot find one anywhere on the net.

This is your best bet. Extreme Tec sells cometic. Last time I ordered from Cometic it took six weeks plus. Extreme Tec should be able to get them out quick. Ask for Jeff, he is awesome to work with.

Yup,I went ahead and spent the $$to get the HD studs installed by GT Thunder.Cuz I am too busy to be pullin my motor apart in the summer.
