valve settings

i was wondering does anybody know what the valve clearences should be with a Magnum stage II cam? Could they be the same as like a Stage II Hot cam or are they all different?

Cams only change the lift and duration not the valve clearance. The clearance should be set by the motors specs.

How do you like the magnum cam? How does it compare to a hot cam? Do you lose bottom end?

thanks for clearing that up. im not sure how it compairs to the hot cam but i kno the little that i got to ride it, it was amazing. i felt an increase in all areas, not so much in the bottom but most in the mid-top. on a flat track i was very competitive with all kinds of bikes. with the stage 2 deff get the heavy duty springs tho i learned my lesson n payin the price ($1000) it came with my 440 kit too it was like $340 all together but it was worth it i was happy with the outcome no complaints other than i wish i avoided a stupid move n waited a week to ride it n get the new springs
