Is there a whole lot of difference between these 2 kits..pros and cons...

well more bore means less realiability, althought means more speed, not buy much tho, go with the 416, anythin higher kiss it good by

Other than 10cc's... I don't see a big difference. I understand that the 426 is the highest you can use before you would need to resleeve the cylinder to accomodate a larger cc piston.

Note: Depending on how you will be riding your atv, may help you decide what piston to go with. Some builders out there (like TC Racing) may suggest what kit they have to offer you for your performance need, and they may tell you the pro's and con's of their 406, 416, 425, 426, 440, or 465 kit they offer.
