Anybody know of any good ones that actually work? I'm looking into some sort of jammer because the detectors are kinda pointless to me becuause they don't do anything until it's too late.

Towards the bottom of the web page it explains how it works. Needs to be traffic lights with a receiver installed that pick up the light emitted from the devices.

If I remember correctly they'll pay your speeding ticket if you get pulled over. It's pretty expensive but I think it's the best radar detector out there.

I'm assuming the anytimecom is similar to an Opti-com(or it's the same thing?). It's more for emergency vehicles, we have rigs set up for using that. I have heard(and seen) flashing your lights twice at a stop light will make it change faster.(When the stop light is equipped with it.) I thought that radar jammers are illegal? My buddy used to have a Valentine One, it wasn't top of the line or anything, but it didn't work that great. It picked up more automatic doors than cops. The problem with the detectors is that you have to depend on the cops signal bouncing off another car...and if there are no other cars, then it's coming straight at you! An alternative to a radar detector/jammer is driving the speed limit:p
