I have a 1997 Ford F-350 Diesel truck, my question is can I put a camper that goes in the bed of the truck with out it bieng a duelie truck? Cause I was wondering if the truck has to be a duelie to have these kind of campers in it? can somebody help me out?

It should be OK. You may have to get some stiffer leaf springs.

You don't need a dualie, in fact you need special mounting bracket because of a dualie. You can get a pickup camper that will fit any truck. They are made for rangers and S-10's, many half ton trucks with 6 or 8 foot beds and the same for 3/4 and 1 ton trucks.

Here's ours, it's an S & S. Truck is a 3/4 ton diesel with helper springs. The leafs work as normal springs when unloaded, when the camper is placed and the truck sags the helper springs come into effect. You'll probably be fine with a 1 ton.:cool:
