Stage I or stage II?

I am going to put a hotcam in with a je 11.1 piston. I do alot of trail riding, backyard mx track, and some dune riding. which cam should i go with.

I would go with the new stage 2. I got the old stage 2 and it works great.

all of the web sites that i have looked at just show the stage I and stage II, is the new stage II the one being listed or are the old ones still being sold?

The hot cams the new ones is the stage 2 the stage 3 is the old stage 2. You might just have to call them and find out or you can get in touch with c&d and they can hook you up with one. You can get in touch with them on this site. From the main forum page.

As I see it, Hotcam's no longer makes their old stage three (new stage 3). They must have dropped it from their line-up a few months back. Now they have the stage 1, stage 2, and stroker. None of those cams have the same specs as the old stage 2/new stage 3.

If I were you I would go with the stage 2.
