Stick a punch in there and get to beating. maybe a little liquid wrench. work it up and down without the rear shock on there to free it up a little.

yeh thats what i said to. But i tried everything a couple hours each night for like a week. In the end that is all that i could do. we were able to use a sawazall on one side and had to use a torch on the other side.

Plasma cutter. Or you could try a 1" impact wrench.

I know I'm gonna trash it getting it out! Anyone know where I can get a cheap stainless one? I didn't even get it to budge yet! Been soaking it with PB blaster!

Try hitting it with a Mapp gas torch if you have one.

i had the exact same problem when i replaced the bearings. it took like two full days but in the end we just ended up cutting the head of the bolt off and knocking it out backwards.. but every little bit of hammering you do to it loosens it up just that much more... so keep hammering it and hitting it with a real good penetrating oil.. also try heating the sleeve on the bolt up with a torch

slide hammer, blue wrench,cut-off wheel.this is the way I will remove them from now on.took about 30 mins once I decided to do it this way.

I was just thinking try an air chisel with the pointed tip on those things are bad and that would loosen it up more in 1 min than a hammer would in a day.
