I think its just got a smoother power curve, thats all. Due to the torque range modifier, or something like that. But it will run you a little more... maybe the name has a little to do with that...:rolleyes:

Here is the simularities and differences between the BB and Sport:

They are both the same pipe except the BB has a different end cap and an insert call a torque range modifier or something to that effect. If you use this insert you cannot run a quiet core, and therefore you can't ride on public land with sound regulations. The TRM is supposed to cut down on wheelspin and get more power to the ground. In my opinion I don't find that any four wheeler has excessive wheelspin anyway but that's just me.

Although I am not certain as to what the TRM looks like, I do know that it is in place of the quiet core that just slips into the back of the pipe. This is what my sport system looks like. The little tube with the semi-circle is the optional quiet core.

Yeah the quiet core is really convienient. Just unscrew the three allen screws in the back and pull the end cap off. Then insert the core and put the cap back on. The lip of the quiet core keeps the core in place by getting held tight by the tention of the end cap.

I would suggest changing you main jet one or two every time you do this because it DOES make a small difference. For me it was a two step difference.

The sound with the quiet core in isn't as good as without, however, IMO it still sounds better than the e-series.

It does still roar.
