PC'ing my cylinder

Heard you had some "goodies" to PC my cylinder with? What's your thoughts on PC'ing a cylinder for my 450r?

I do not pc cylinders, i know it can be done, but pc is a thermal insulator and IMO will hold in too much heat on a cylinder or a head so I just decided not to even go down that road:p

They can be molycoated tho.
