Im intrested In some 2+a arms for me 400, can I get away with revalving the front end or do i need new shocks?

Stock 400 shocks can't be revalved. You'll have to get new shocks.

I am guessing that it will work with +2 +1 ST travel arms, but the shocks are going to be weaker, but I would not suggest getting LT arms and using your stock shocks!
