im giving up

i just put a 440 kit and a stage2 hot cam the thing runs sweet it just ticks like crazy and i adjusted the valves to spec im getting a little frusterated

the cam will cause it to tick, just the nature of the beast. it wont hurt anything.

Mine ticks also.It's kind of anoying to listen to. At first when I heard it that's all I could here. It was driving me crazy.

My stg II hotcam doesnt tick any louder than stock at all...

I set my valve lash at .004" and there is no ticking and no problems.
