New ITP Holeshot GNCC series tires

I got the new FartWheels mag yesterday, the ITP ad had a picture of them. The lugs on the rear tire look to be spaced out more, much like an i-Razr tire.

April issue. Looked for pics online and couldn't find any on their website. Also they have a light weight 6-ply radial coming out called the Trac Star.

I can tell you first hand the new GnCC is one bad A** racing tire and the new trac star is a great trail riding tire. you will get pics after this weekend

i think the rear tire may hook up better because of the grooves but im still running maxxis for 06

These look very similar to the Holeshot SX with only about half the lugs. Has anyone tested these yet? For the non tireball racer they look very vulnerable. Lots of open carcass. I really like the Hds and they have held up really good for me.

If you look at the pics of Borich in the later half of the GNCC season you'll notice that he had the center of his knobbies cut just like the holeshots.

ITP said the xc tire should be available in a couple of weeks. The rear tire on the gp wheel seemed pretty light when I picked it up. It is a similar carcas (sp) size to the xcr but the tire is actually 20 inches. This tire will be good for the racers that carry a lot of speed and momentum but the HD will be a better option for slower riders and deep rutted trails.
