valve adjustment?

i just put a 440 and a stage 2 hotcam in and it started up fine but it ticks real bad how would i go about fixing this

If you done your Valve adj correctly then its not your Valves it might be something else.
timing on an EX is pretty cut and dry.

Did you buy your Cams new or used from someone else?

what else could make it tick could timing do that

Cams/Valves for the most part. Not sure w/o physically hearing it

Is there any other noise besides the tick like say... Banging noise?? Anyway to get it on video??
If its a tick I still say its timing .

no other noise exept the ticking. Its pretty loud though would it run fine exept for the noise if it wasnt timmed right.
